Sig Requests Rules *MUST READ*

Now I see many noobs who join to just request sigs,like rexem for example. So there must be an end to this bullshit.

These are the rules you must read before requesting a sig/gfx:

1-You must have at least 25 posts,NO SPAMMING
2-Avatars can be no larger than 150x150 and Sigs can be no larger than 600x300.
3-You may only make 1 request (1 avatar and banner) every 4 weeks.

Now I know Synster and Styles may want to change some or even remove those rules. I'm sorry about doing this on my own, but frustration really left me no other choice.

If you liked the rules and agree on them,make it a 'sticky', if not...delete it.
